That’s why prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries is crucial for maintaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Self-care is any intentional action taken to improve or maintain your well-being. It goes beyond face masks and bubble baths—though those are great too! True self-care involves:

  • Prioritizing rest and sleep

  • Nourishing your body with healthy food

  • Engaging in activities that bring joy

  • Seeking therapy or mental health support

  • Saying “no” without guilt

  • Setting boundaries that protect your peace

The Power of Setting Boundaries
